The law of this Colony relating to the admission of Attornies is contained in Ordinance 3 of 1871.
I have some doubts as to whether the conditions laid down by that Ordinance do not in one particular fall short of the requirements of Section 3 of the Colonial Attornies Relief Act 20 and 21 Vic. Cap. 29.
By section 7 the prescribed period of 5 years service...
